Woolpert International performed a comprehensive assessment of the current conditions and procedures in the urban planning divisions to develop a detailed GIS implementation plan for the municipality of Cali, Colombia.

Services included needs assessment, system design, system integration, cadastral database and application design, and parcel mapping.  Woolpert International also reviewed technical work plans and contracts with third-party providers and evaluated criteria for GPS, photogrammetry, and GIS implementation.

A final citywide map was plotted at 1:20,000 scale, which included topographic and planimetric data.
