Woolpert International was selected to study the economic and technical feasibility of an air cargo distribution system for the Agencia de Desenvolvimento Tiete Parana (ADTP) in Brazil. Components of the study included the following:

• Developing facility plans and equipment specifications
• Establishing capital and operations cost estimates
• Conducting revenue and financial analyses
• Recommending optimum sizes for projects
